Sometimes I really want to enjoy the comfort of making a classic tile. Just drawing because I feel like it, without thinking about anything else. It is nice not to worry about composition, style or whatever I think about when I'm drawing. It brings me back to the essential idea of zentangle.
It is great to have learned something so easy as zentangle. It comes in so many different ways, styles and choices. There is always something to choose, depending on how I feel.
This time I felt like wanting to draw, whatever...
And so I practiced shadowing some official patterns, which I choose at random.
I enjoyed the process and I'am even pleased with this result. I think that this is exactly what the founders of zentangle had in mind.
Patterns used for this tile:
Hollibaugh, pea-nuckle, meer, cubine and nipa
